Mr. Lim is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Group, including the formulation and implementation of its business strategies and policies, marketing and charting its growth.

Mr. Lim is a qualified mechanical engineer with 23 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry spread across the UK, Australia and Asia Pacific. He has been Executive Director at Emas Offshore Construction and Production Pte Ltd since December 2006. Prior to joining, he was at Kellogg Brown & Root for 20 years and his last held position was Asia Pacific Sales Director.

Mr. Chan is responsible for the financial operations, investor relations and corporate services of the Group.

Mr. Chan was previously the Assistant General Manager at Ezra Holdings Limited. He has more than 8 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking, having held several positions at United Overseas Bank. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisville, Kentucky and Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Mr. Dunstan's main responsibilities include business development, driving and optimising efficiencies in project management, operations, maintenance, and product development.

Mr Dunstan has over 17 years of industry experience in the offshore oil & gas sector. Prior to joining EMAS, Mr. Dunstan, began his career as a structural engineer and joined London Marine Consultants (LMC) in 1998. He was subsequently appointed its Managing Director in 2008. Keenly involved in every aspect of its operations, he helped steer LMC's business development, strategy and management, and established its QA (quality assurance) system. He provided invaluable input in key areas such as engineering management and overall project management, for ventures ranging from specialist consultancy to EPC (engineering, procurement & construction). His expertise was particularly crucial to designs for mooring systems used in FPSO (floating production, storage & offloading) and FSRU (floating storage & regasification unit) facilities. After LMC's acquisition by Ezra Holdings Limited, Mr Dunstan took on a senior strategic consultancy role within the EMAS group and is thus well-informed of the operations within EOC Limited.

Mr. Dominic’s main responsibilities include the overall monitoring of the various commercial aspects of the Group and also capital equipment sourcing and strategic procurements.

Mr. Dominic was previously the General Manager of Ezra Holdings Limited and has a hand in overseeing its business development, operations, sales and marketing, engineering and marine supply services. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial and procurement within the marine industry.
